Renovation of tracks at al. Jana Pawła II
After Eastern, between 10th and 29th of April this year, trams running at al. Jana Pawła II will go on alternate routes. With regard to the renovation of tracks at the intersection next to the Central Station, a part of the route between the Femina cinema (al. Solidarności) and ul. Nowowiejska will be out of traffic. The tram traffic at Al. Jerozolimskie will be maintained.
Running of four tram lines: 10, 16, 17 i 33 is going to be suspended. Three substitute tram lines and one bus line will be launched instead:
• tram line 70: METRO MŁOCINY – Marymoncka – Popiełuszki – al. Jana Pawła II – al. Solidarności – Wolska – Powstańców Śląskich – OS. GÓRCZEWSKA (running every 10 minutes during the rush hour, every 15 minutes during the rest of a day, every 15-20 minutes on Saturdays and Sundays),
• tram line 71: METRO MARYMONT – Popiełuszki – al. Jana Pawła II – Al. Solidarności – Towarowa – Grójecka – Filtrowa – al. Niepodległości – Wołoska – WORONICZA (running every 10 minutes during the rush hour, every 15 minutes during the rest of a day, every 15-20 minutes on Saturdays and Sundays),
• tram line 73: METRO MŁOCINY – Broniewskiego – al. Jana Pawła II – Stawki – Andersa – Marszałkowska – Nowowiejska – al. Niepodległości – Wołoska – SŁUŻEWIEC (running every 5 minutes during the rush hour, every 7.5 minutes during the rest of a day, every 7.5-10 minutes on Saturdays and Sundays),
• bus line Z-3: CH ARKADIA – „Radosława” roundabour – al. Jana Pawła II – Chałubińskiego – al. Niepodległości – METRO POLE MOKOTOWSKIE (running every 4-5 minutes during the rush hour, every 6 minutes during the rest of a day, every 7.5-10 minutes on Saturdays and Sundays).
The tram line 14 is going to run on the longer route: BANACHA – Banacha – Grójecka – Filtrowa – Krzywickiego – Nowowiejska – Marszałkowska – Puławska – WYŚCIGI.
