Warning – WTP promotional ticket prices are a scam!

There are still posts on social media suggesting that you can buy WTP long-distance tickets at a promotional price. As a reminder – the Public Transport Authority does not run such campaigns.
A wave of sponsored posts, created from fake profiles impersonating Warsaw Public Transport, continues online. The graphics also feature the WTP logo, the so-called ‘tetka’, or operator logos, and the content suggests that long-distance tickets can be purchased at an extremely attractive price.
This may be an attempt to defraud you, so please do not click on any links attached to these posts. At the same time, we would like to emphasise that ticket prices are regulated by a resolution of the Warsaw City Council and are not sold at prices other than those included in the official tariff.
The matter has already been reported to the relevant services.
